Privacy Policy

VoterSlip Generator ("the App", "we", "us") is published by Aigentools. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the App — and just as importantly, what we deliberately do not collect.
What we do NOT collect
The App's core function — reading voter-list PDFs and generating voter slips — runs entirely on your own device. Voter names, EPIC numbers, addresses, photographs, and any other data contained in the PDF or Excel files you process are never uploaded to our servers or any third party. All extraction, conversion, and slip generation happens locally on your computer.
What the App keeps on your computer
Processing is local, which means the results are local too. While you work, the App keeps its own working copy of what it has read — the extracted voter records, any photographs contained in the roll, and the slips it generates — in a folder belonging to the App on your computer. None of it is uploaded.
- It is stored encrypted. The working copy cannot be read by opening it from your file manager. This protects it from being browsed or copied off casually; it is not protection against someone who has full access to your computer and your user account.
- It is deleted after 48 hours. Most of it goes much sooner — a run is removed as soon as you finish with it or move on. Nothing is kept beyond 48 hours; if the App is closed when that time passes, the clean-up happens the next time you open it.
- Files you save are yours. When you save a spreadsheet or a slip PDF to a folder you choose, that file is outside the App's control. The App never changes or deletes it, and the 48-hour limit does not apply to it.
- You can erase everything now. Settings → “Delete all app data” removes every working copy immediately.
What we do collect
To provide account access and wallet-based billing, we collect:
- Account email address — used to sign you in (via Supabase Authentication) and to contact you about your account.
- Wallet balance and transaction history — records of top-ups, job charges, and refunds, tied to your account, used for billing and support.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never see or store your card, UPI ID, or bank details; Razorpay passes us only a payment confirmation and reference ID.
How we use this information
- To authenticate you and maintain your session.
- To calculate and deduct your wallet balance for jobs you run.
- To automatically refund your wallet if a paid job fails to complete.
- To respond to support requests.
Third-party processors
- Supabase — hosts our authentication system and wallet database.
- Razorpay — processes payments (UPI/cards) and is PCI-DSS compliant.
Data retention
We retain your account and wallet transaction records for as long as your account is active, and as required for accounting and tax record-keeping afterward. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact, below).
Voter data is not part of that: it never reaches us. What the App keeps on your own computer is covered above — encrypted, and deleted automatically after 48 hours.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support.aigentools@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed at, or intended for use by, children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here and in the app, with an updated "last updated" date.
